Project 500 DC
CEO Circle

Our CEO Circles are insider teams made of other entrepreneurs like you. Together, we have deep and honest conversations about our businesses. We become each others’ advisors, supporters, and allies.

So why work on your business alone? Find your team, your people.

Monthly In-Person Meetings

Each session, everyone gets the opportunity to discuss their business and ask for help, advice, or feedback.

BI-Weekly accountability Calls

Throughout these calls, we check upon each other to make sure that we’re on track for our to-dos and keep each other motivated.

Online Group

The online group is where we can still get help from the whole group in between meetings.

“Joining a mastermind expands your network exponentially and rapidly. If you are in business, you know how important your network is. By joining a mastermind, you instantly add to your network and typically gain the networks of those in the group with you.” - Forbes

“You never know what ideas will birth from the cross-pollination of like-minded people sharing their triumphs and disappointments. Because you are in a safe and trusted environment, you allow yourself to be a bit more daring and vulnerable with your brainstorming.” -

1. Vetted Members

The core value of a mastermind is its people. This is why we take membership seriously and interview every member.

2. Group Creation

Groups are carefully balanced based on business stage, experience, and industries.

3. Kick-Off Meeting

The kick-off is always exciting! It's where all members get to know their group and learn how they can support one another.

4. Ongoing CEO Circles

CEO Circle meetings are at the core of every team. These in-person events give us a strong dosage of inspiration, comraderie, support, and insights.

Joining an intimate group of entrepreneurs going through a similar path is powerful.

Our members care and strive for each other. They develop beautiful team spirit by working closely together for twelve months.

We get deep and we get real.

We’re not afraid to dive into the hard part of running a business.

Our groups are 100% confidential so that you can share what really matters.

Stuck on something?
Want feedback?
Need to make tough decisions?

This is exactly why your mastermind is there. Bring it on so that you can get everyone’s input and gain new perspectives.

We love to celebrate milestones and successes.

When one person succeeds, the motivation is contagious.

Your progress becomes inspiration for everyone -and vice versa.

Great members make our mastermind groups amazing. We need the right people to make this work.

We carefully interview each CEO Circle candidate and curate them into hand-picked groups.

What happens in a typical CEO Circle meeting?

CEO Circle sessions happen once a month and last 1 hour.

Meetings have a structure provided by Project 500 DC. They typically include:

  • Round table
Gives each person the opportunity to speak.

  • Hot seat
Deep-dive into one founder’s business and have the group provide support.

  • Accountability
Help from fellow members on maintaining productivity and adhering to deadlines.

Think of CEO Circle sessions as work sessions where founders have temporary cofounders to help them with anything they need. The true value of an CEO Circle meeting comes from the joint effort and involvement that we put in our collective businesses.

Who should join?

Our groups are reserved for Project 500 DC members. What qualifies you as a member is your motivation to be actively working on a project. We also want you to have generated at least some revenue to have validated your business idea.

We focus on entrepreneurs that are building or have built a service and product to sell; we do not accept franchisees, direct sales, or network marketers.

All following stages qualify to be part of our masterminds:

  • Early stage (prepping launch, launching, first clients)

  • Intermediate stage (first employees, ramping up clients)

  • Advanced stage (full staff, continuous growth, expansion)

CEO Circles work best when founders are matched with others that are at similar business stages.

Our Application Form helps us evaluate if you are a fit for our current groups and helps us match new members together.

Candidates also need to:

  • Fully commit for 3 months
    In-person monthly meetings (1 hr/month) + monthly accountability calls (1hr/month) are mandatory.
We expect you to be present for each one of these meetings and calls.

  • Be aligned with our values
Respect, care, privacy, support, and positivity are crucial to make our CEO Circles run smoothly.

  • Be open to discussing your business and receiving constructive feedback from others
One of the ways in which we help each other is by sharing ideas and giving feedback. If you are not opened to others bringing new perspectives to your business, our masterminds will not be a good fit for you.

Champion your peers
CEO Circles are about mutual help and empowerment. As much as it is normal to expect support from your group, your members also expect to receive the maximum amount of support for you. We pick members that have a love for sharing and a strong desire to help one another.

As our CEO Circles revolve around teamwork and collaboration, we rarely accept companies with special interests or beliefs as it can create division within groups.

Is it safe to share details about my business and ideas?

Glad you asked. Respect and confidentiality are highly important for any CEO Circle.

Each member who joins signs a non-disclosure agreement (NDA).

How long does the CEO Circle last?

Our program is for three-month periods at a time. However, members may stay with their CEO Circles for longer.

The more you get to know the members of your group, the deeper the level of connection with fellow members and the better you’re able to support one another.
